Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided by Zorko Technologies are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on final specifications, raw material costs, and customization requirements.
Orders & Delivery
Many of our products are custom-built to order. Manufacturing timelines will be clearly stated at the time of order confirmation. We offer pan-India delivery. Delivery times may vary based on location and logistical factors beyond our immediate control.
Warranty
We provide a comprehensive manufacturer warranty on our LED modules, power supplies, and control systems. The specific duration and terms of the warranty will be detailed in your purchase agreement.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or acts of God.
Limitation of Liability
Zorko Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
